Before becoming a licensed real estate broker, Justine Hamilton spent over 10 years in Los Angeles as the Director of Sales and Marketing for a multimillion dollar Business to Business Publishing Company, managing her sales department of 30 employees and over $30 million dollars in revenue before selling the company in 2005 for $210M.  She is a master negotiator, closes deals and is driven by her integrity and her clients' satisfaction.  She graduated from the University of Iowa and has hard working Iowa skills in her blood. Josiah and Justine believe in their communities and are active members supporting local businesses, charities and events. They
	are members of the Santa Barbara Art Museum, the Human Rights Council, The Pearl Chase Society, the Santa Barbara Trust for Historic Preservation, Big Brother and several others. The Hamilton's spend time as members and volunteers for the Dream Foundation http://www.dreamfoundation.org/ The Hamilton Co donates proceeds from each of their real estate transactions to The Dream Foundation.  The Dream Foundation was founded by Tom Rollerson, which grants last wishes to terminally ill adults Josiah and Justine have two young children.
